Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn or gently used socks in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
